We do not retain IP addresses or device identifiers beyond what is necessary for security and operational purposes.

Response Timeframes
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond fully within 45 calendar days. If more time is needed, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay. Extensions may not exceed an additional 45 days.
No Discrimination Policy
GLAVX will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA. You will not be denied access to our content, charged higher fees, or given a lower quality of service because you made a request.
