It was found that more than 80% of office workers have received work orders via messenger outside of business hours.

As a result of Incruit’s survey of 1,056 office workers, 83.5% of the respondents answered, “I have received a work-related call after work.” 64% of respondents answered that they had responded to a business call after work.
