’70th floor landmark’ Hanwha Forena Cheonan Asan Station, contract for remaining rooms
Hanwha E&C is proceeding with a contract for some remaining rooms at ‘Hanwha Forena Cheonan-Asan Station’, which recorded an average subscription competition ratio of 86.9 to 1.
Hanwha Forena Cheonan Asan Station is located near KTX/SRT Cheonan Asan Station and Subway Line 1 Asan Station. It is a living accommodation facility equipped with a symbol of the 70th floor, the highest in the Chungcheong region, and a community such as a sky lounge. It consists of 3 buildings with an exclusive area of 99~154㎡.
In the subscription for Hanwha Forena Cheonan-Asan Station, which was held from April 6 to 7, 101,045 applications were received in 1,162 rooms, recording an average competition ratio of 86.9 to 1. Currently, the contract for the remaining 99~126㎡ type rooms is in progress. Contracts have been completed for the 148㎡ and 154㎡ types.
The low investment burden is considered one of the strengths of Hanwha Forena and Cheonan-Asan Station. Hanwha Forrena and Cheonan-Asan Station are not included in the number of houses because the building law, not the housing law, is applied, and are relatively free from tax and loan regulations. In addition, 50% interest-free loan support is provided, reducing the investment burden until moving in, scheduled for March 2027. Resale is possible at any time.
The complex will be equipped with luxury hotel-class facilities. The entrance to each building has a hotel-style lobby. Additional facilities within the complex include a cafe, kids room, business center, fitness center, golf training center, and sauna.
Meanwhile, Hanwha E&C has set up a cyber public relations center where online VR viewing is possible along with the offline sales promotion center at Hanwha Forena and Cheonan Asan Station.
