Danone appoints COO and fills two more top positions – shares a little easier
The French food company Danone has appointed Vikram Agarwal as Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Agarwal will take over responsibility for cycles and procurement, manufacturing and delivery this January after a “33-year international career as head of procurement, production and supply chain functions in the consumer goods industry”, announced Danone SA.
In addition, the Group appointed Isabelle Esser as Chief Research, Innovation, Quality and Food Safety Officer with effect from April. Henri Bruxelles – currently COO for End-to-End Design to Delivery in the company – will also take up the position of Chief Sustainability and Strategic Business Development Officer this month.
At EURONEXT, the Danone share is currently 0.58 percent down to 56.18 euros.
