Brenntag gets new CFO with Kristin Neumann
FRANKFURT (Dow Jones) – Brenntag has a new CFO. As announced by the chemicals distributor, the Supervisory Board appointed Kristin Neumann to the Management Board on April 1, 2022. As CFO, she succeeds Georg Müller, who at his own request does not extend his contract with the DAX group, which expires on March 31, next year. Neumann comes from LSG Lufthansa Service Holding AG, where she has been Chief Financial Officer and Labor Director since 2014, and will in future be responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Investor Relations, Legal, Shared Services, Taxes, Treasury and Insurance at Brenntag SE.
