Diversity was the focus of many companies – at least for a short time.

Whoever sees a rainbow in the sky cannot help but be enchanted for a moment. Touched by the spectacle that nature rarely presents, and usually only for a short time. Sun and rain at the same time – and where they meet, a strip of all the colors that the human eye can perceive.

In the summer of 2021 we saw many rainbows in Germany. At least in this respect, we were not dealing with meteorologically extraordinary months, but with a sign. With a sign that was made by people for people and displayed for everyone to see at football stadiums, town halls, city buildings and yes, also in advertising banners.

The magic at stake here is that of unconditional love. But take a few steps back.
