KERKRADE (dpa-AFX) – The Mexma Food company has recalled tortillas that were made for the Rewe supermarket chain in Germany. These are “REWE Best Choice Wheat Tortillas 432g and 6 x 25 cm”, as the Dutch company announced in Kerkrade on Wednesday. Consumption is strongly discouraged because the tortillas may contain plastic parts.

According to the information, only tortilla packaging with the best before date April 15, 2022, batch L521286 and the production time from 9.45 p.m. to 11.15 p.m. is affected. Customers could return the product to the store. The purchase price will also be reimbursed without submitting the receipt./ab/DP/stw
