Volkswagen Financial Services CEO resigns
FRANKFURT (Dow Jones) – Volkswagen Financial Services has a new CEO. As the automobile company’s financial subsidiary announced, Lars Henner Santelmann is leaving the company on January 31, 2022 at his own request. His successor will be Christian Dahlheim, previously Head of Sales at the Volkswagen Group. VW wants to provide information about the successor at the top of sales “in due course”.
Dahlheim was already a member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Financial Services AG from 2016 to 2018 before he took over the sales and after-sales department in the group. Santelmann, who has been managing Volkswagen Financial Services since 2015, wants to dedicate himself to environmental and nature conservation tasks in the future, according to the announcement.
