JINING / MUNICH (dpa-AFX) – Wacker Chemie expands the business around additives for adhesives and sealants as well as for coatings with a takeover in China. The MDax said that 60 percent of the specialty silane manufacturer Sico Performance Material would be taken over for around 120 million euros -Group on Wednesday with.
